Parking Garage and Storage Space
One of the most important components of the East College Street project is a 35 space underground parking garage. Building this garage, while extremely expensive, allows for us to provide underground parking facilities and storage space for residents and create a courtyard and green space in the back of the site as opposed to asphalt.
As of February 2010 the garage is mostly complete with the exceptions of some finishing touches. Below is a picture:
