Drawing more than 100\,000 film enthusiasts annually\, CIFF is an Academy® qualifying festival\, and one of seven Resident Companies of Playhouse Square. \n\nTickets for the 48th Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF) are now on sale online and by telephone (1.877.304.3456). Tickets can also be purchased in-person beginning Monday\, April 1st at the CIFF Box Office at Playhouse Square’s Ticket Office in the outer lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre. In-person CIFF Box Office hours of operation are: \n• April 1\, 2024 :: 10:30 AM-8:00 PM\n• April 2-12\, 2024\no Tuesdays-Wednesdays :: 10:30 AM-8:00 PM\no Thursdays-Fridays :: 10:30 AM-10:30 PM\no Saturday :: 8:30 AM-10:30 PM\no Sunday :: 8:30 AM-8:00 PM\no Monday :: 5:00 PM-9:00 PM\n• April 13\, 2024 :: 8:30 AM-7:30 PM \nTickets for in-person screenings are $16 for CIFF members and $18 for non-members. If you are not yet a member\, you can become one by visiting the Festival’s membership page. \nIn addition\, the CIFF48 Film Guide\, generously sponsored by Jinny and John Johnson\, is available at various locations\, and can be found in its digital form on the CIFF website. \nCIFF48\nCIFF48 will take place April 3-13\, 2024 at Playhouse Square\, followed by CIFF48 Streams\, sponsored by PNC\, which will take place April 14-21\, 2024 online. The Festival will showcase 138 feature films and 225 short films from 60 countries. Free and no reservation is required. With Thin Line\, embark on a journey into the intricate and ever-evolving realm of Generative AI\, where love and hate intersect. As our world grapples with conflicting emotions about Generative AI\, it becomes apparent that the neural pathways associated with love and hate also shape people’s perceptions of AI. THIN LINE delves into the interplay between human creativity and technology\, showcasing the perspectives of three artists.\n\nDOUBTING THOMAS – 856 Jefferson Ave\nOpening reception for Art of the Trade 2: Artists Collecting Artists. Curated by Laura D’Alessandro\, one of the directors and founders of Cleveland Photo Fest. The exhibition features Cleveland area artists whose art is part of Laura’s personal collection. “My intent is to showcase some of the talent of Cleveland based artists whom I have traded work with and whose passion for what they do energizes me.
