The Lincoln opened in the summer of 2022 and is the culmination of SCA’s decade-long commitment to revitalizing Tremont’s Scranton Corridor.
Taking its name and inspiration from nearby Lincoln Park in the center of Tremont, the building serves as a symbol for what meaningful development can be: sustainable design, focused on strengthening the fabric of existing neighborhoods, dreamt of and realized by a team committed to community-building.
The Lincoln's 82 apartments range from efficient studios to spacious 2-bedrooms, and are anchored by a locally owned plant store and salon.
The design invites the merging of the natural and built environment, tipping the balance toward nature both inside and out. Planters emerge from the window sills. High ceilings, enormous windows, and wood and marble finishes breathe warmth into the suites. Balconies invite a quiet, private space among the plants and treetops.

As someone who is considered a “transplant” I was very unsure of where I would be living in Cleveland. Chris was able to help me find the perfect apartment and he even gave me a tour of the building before it opened. The day of move-in Joe was able to meet with me and give me a tour of the building. Everyone on the management team has been so nice to work with and very responsive! The building itself is gorgeous with a gym and a sky lounge included, as well as an indoor heated parking garage at a responsible price to protect your vehicle from the Cleveland winters. I can’t recommend The Lincoln enough, it has been a wonderful experience to live in such a great community!

Great place to live! The location is great - close to parks, restaurants, and the highway to get you where you need to go. The units are extremely spacious and convenient. The best part of it are the building owners, SCA. All around great people and always available to help when needed. Highly recommend!!

I have really enjoyed living here! Affordable in comparison to similar apartments in the area, the management team is responsive (within a few hours of submitting a ticket), safe area, lots of great small businesses nearby and a quick walk to Lincoln Park and the Tremont Towpath. All the restaurants Tremont and Ohio City are a walk or quick drive!
