Sustainable Community Associates (SCA) is a real estate development firm focused on catalytic mixed-use projects across Northeast Ohio. We believe that with determination, creativity and the willingness to challenge conventional wisdom, community-oriented development can have a transformative impact on a neighborhood. This team member is an active steward of SCA and its properties who directly interacts with our residents and commercial tenants. A customer centric mindset as well as an ability to positively interact with a wide variety of personalities is paramount.
