Aside from the delicious food, you'll find a world-renowned art and theater in the heart of Cleveland. From the exquisite (and free!) Cleveland Museum of Art, to Playhouse Square, the second-largest theater disctrict in the US, and everything in between, there’s no shortage of world-class art and culture institutions in Cleveland.

Cleveland is a city built on connections. When you live here, you feel an undeniable sense of unity and togetherness, and a connection to all of the amenities of urban living, from education to jobs, shopping to culture, and entertainment to unique urban waterfronts. Most importantly, Cleveland is a place where neighbors are connected to one another in neighborhoods that demonstrate the true meaning of “community.”

Asiatown, Cleveland | Sustainable Community Associates

One of Cleveland's oldest and most dynamic neighborhoods, Tremont is a vibrant community with a rich cultural, architectural, and manufacturing history dating back to the 1800s.

Known today for its eclectic and award-winning restaurants, local coffeehouses, boutiques, and annual arts and culture festivals, Tremont is a neighborhood that both celebrates tradition and invites newcomers of all types. Tremont easily connects residents to the outdoors, with Lincoln Park and the ever-expanding Towpath Trail just a quick jog away.

Cleveland's Asiatown, is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Northeast Ohio, a vibrant, established community located within minutes of downtown, Lake Erie, cultural institutions, and universities.

Asiatown is a neighborhood that reflects generations of residents and merchants inventing and building a new home for themselves. With such a community already in place, SCA designed the Mueller Lofts to fit in as seamlessly as possible—contributing to rather than disrupting a thriving neighborhood. We hope that Mueller residents will explore Asiatown and discover all of its richness.
